The right Account Executive candidate is someone who provides support and collaborates with the Account Supervisor and Account Director on tactical and strategic aspects of the account. In addition, you’ll frequently interact with clients and assist in client meetings/discussions on issues related to project planning, creative execution, accounting practices and program analysis. While always responding promptly to immediate client needs and requests. You’ll be expected to juggle multiple projects, while facilitating communication with multiple teams and team members.
This position demands keeping regular communication with the client. On a daily (or as needed) basis in regards to ongoing and proposed projects. You’ll be expected to assign the highest priority to client satisfaction and success by establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships that are strategic, inspire client loyalty and based on shared goals. While you’re building client confidence and trust, you assume responsibility in solving client problems, ensuring commitments are met. You’ll know the client’s business and solicit input and ideas from them proactively. You’ll organize and manage project plans. Outlining estimates, scope, schedules, milestones, budgets and quality of deliverables. Which means preparing and assisting in the preparation of a Statement of Work (SOW) for approval by the client partner. Submitting project status reports to the client while ensuring that all commitments made to the client are adhered to. That includes reviewing all deliverables presented to the client and then obtaining client approvals and/or changes.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in an advertising agency. And experience in a specific discipline, such as promotions, direct marketing, loyalty and branding is preferred. The right candidate will have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Equally important is your proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Along with a strong sense of initiative, you should be committed to the success of our clients and the agency.
