How We Do It

We view every marketing challenge as questions of how to change behavior and what behaviors to change.

We start by deriving ownable insights from social listening and search behavior using Caffeine, our proprietary tool that examines how consumers search. These deep consumer insights—combined with behavior data and other primary, secondary and ethnographic research—feed the development of a customer journey map that serves as a springboard for creative ideation.

We identify pain points and the best combination of behavioral nudges to move consumers along the journey. Nudges are used to brief creative teams and inspire big ideas. We believe that a small nudge in the right direction can have a big impact on behavior.
