Ros began her career at the ripe age of 15 as a qualitative research moderator. Over the past 30 years, she has perfected the art and science of insight creation.
Starting at Leo Burnett, she left her mark on P&G brands before moving to the client side at Frito Lay and Dr Pepper Snapple. Ros now leads strategic planning for Bridgestone. Her passion over projects has made a difference not only for brands but also for society. She is the creator of the UN Women #heforshe, named by CNN as “one of the 13 hashtags that changed the world in 2014.”
When Ros is not busy studying consumers, she’s an avid photographer, capturing memories of her husband and three kids.
